We start with happy heifers. Jersey and Holstein Friesians, to be exact. Our cows graze and are fed a nutritious mix of natural foods, yielding a high-cream content milk. Since 2019, we’ve been selling milk across Lusaka
Since 2025, we’ve been making fun, premium flavours of ice cream, and started up cheese production in late 2025.
We believe in sustainability and the environment and we use solar power for our dairy operations. We also recycle any dairy waste products (manure, whey) into the rest of our farm.
As a youth-owned business, we believe in providing employment opportunities to other young people and to women. Our dairy processing is 100% led by women.
